BBQ Salami Oysters
Simular to Oysters Kilpatrick with salami instead of bacon. Use your favorite variety of salami. This showcase recipe will quickly become one of your favorite appitizers and a party hit.
Ingredients
6 medium oysters, shucked in half-shelf
2 thick slices of salami
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
1 Dice salami into cubes and place equal amounts over each oyster.
2 Place half a tsp of Worcestershire over each oyster.
3 Barbecue over medium grill until oysters begin to curl.
